The Consultation

The success of each service I offer is mainly down to suitability – is there a reason you shouldn’t go ahead be it for medical or lifestyle reasons. All treatments, be it a grooming treatment such as HD brows or something more permanent like eyeliner, it is so important that you understand fully what’s involved in having the treatment done, the all-important aftercare/downtime and how long you can expect to get out of the service.
The consultation gives me a chance to give you all that important information as well as a chance to patch test you for any potential allergies to products you would come in contact with. There is no pressure or obligation to proceed after your consultation but I would hope you would leave with the confidence that I have given you my most honest & professional advice ( with nearly 25 years of experience I have lots of it to offer! )

*There is a nominal fee of €25 for semi-permanent makeup consultations which is redeemable against treatment should you choose to go ahead.

Booking terms and cancellation policy

Brow & Lash grooming treatments

As of Sept 1st, Credit/Debit card details will be required at the time of booking and kept on file only to be used in the event of a ‘no show’ or late cancellation (less than 24hrs) whereby you will be asked to pay for the treatments.
 

Advanced Treatments Microblading/Eyeliner/Plasma Pen

A booking deposit of 25% will have to be paid to secure your booking which can be done through the website. In cases where less than 48hours is given to cancel or in the event of a no-show, you will lose the deposit paid.

I have resisted implementing such a policy for several months now but unfortunately, due to a reoccurring lack of consideration for my service over the summer months, in particular, I have been left with no choice but to make very clear my policies regarding bookings and cancellations going forward.
